Apolonio "Apps" Garcia is the President and CEO of HealthGuard, a provider of cyber risk management solutions to the healthcare industry. He has been in the IT security and risk management field for over 20 years, in both technical and management roles. He is a decorated veteran of the US Navy, and is currently a member of the DHS/HHS Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council, sits on the board of the Society of Information Risk Analysts (SIRA), and is a member of the ISACA Risk IT task force.
